The council said: “Can you help? This large fly-tip appeared this week on Foxes Lane in Wellow, completely blocking the road.
“Did you see it taking place or have any information that may help us?
“If you recognise any of these items, or know anything about this, please contact the Environmental Service on 01264 368000 or 01794 527700. All calls will be treated in the strictest of confidence.”
Test Valley Borough Council are regularly prosecuting fly-tippers. They operate hidden cameras that have captured illegal dumping.
Last week the Advertiser reported a court case in which a Southampton man was fined nearly £2,000 for dumping in Lee Lane, near Romsey.
