THOUSANDS of people from the gypsy, traveller and Roma community packed out a Hampshire village to celebrate an historic horse fair.
The event took place in Wickham on Saturday, May 20.

The fair has been run for hundreds of years and is one of the oldest in the country, starting in 1269.
The event saw horse sales, as well as displays with them running up Winchester Road.
It also saw a market and a funfair take over the Square.
