A SIX-year-old boy from Winchester has raised more than £850 for Cancer Research.
Jesse Westwood has been busy fundraising ahead of Winchester’s Race For Life on Sunday, May 21. But this isn’t Jesse’s first race for Cancer Research, having completed the same event with his mum in 2021 at just four years old
As well as running the 3k with his cousin Skye Heath, 7, and aunty Jasmine Heath, 14, this weekend, the keen fundraiser organised a charity bake sale last month, raising £205 with his friends towards the final total.

Jesse said: "I like running but it's a long way and I might get tired, but I'll keep trying so I can help others."
The young runner is taking part in memory of his grandma, BeBe, who passed away aged 58 when Jesse was three.
