A PUB by a river and railway station in Hampshire has closed while it undergoes a major refurbishment.
The Bridge Inn in Shawford closed near the beginning of the month and is due to open in the week beginning Monday, May 22.

The pub, next to the Itchen Navigation, is part Chef and Brewer brand owned by Greene King.
The company said more information should be released next week following the work.
Scaffolding can be seen lining the entrance to the building in Shawford Road opposite to the railway station.
