New traffic lights have been installed at the junction between Upper Brook Street and St George's Street, in Winchester.
Temporary lights had been in place for a few weeks, and had been causing traffic problems coming into the city centre.

On April 20, traffic was queuing as far back as junction 10 of the M3 after a fault with the temporary lights meant that cars were stuck there.
However, the lights are now complete with traffic clear in the city centre.
