Tipsy Tapas, two tapas dishes and bottomless drinks for two hours on a Saturday between 4pm and 6pm, is a customer favourite.

There are also muffins, homemade cakes and tea cakes and the newly-launched summer menu includes some delicious pastas and salads.

All the food is locally sourced and freshly prepared by head chef Nimet Kimca, who has 20 years of experience including a long stint at Southampton Italian institution La Lupa, and his team.

All classic cocktails from the impressive menu are half-price during happy hour, which runs from 4pm to 6pm Wednesday to Saturday.

There's live music at least once every weekend, usually soul or jazz and occasionally tributes, the latest being an Adele copycat.

The Exchange also has a children's menu for its many young guests.
