AN EXPANDING Hampshire business law specialist has hired three new paralegals following sustained business demand.
Hybrid Legal, based at the Hursley Park Campus outside of Winchester, is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and is bolstering its team as part of an ongoing strategic growth plan.
New joiners Ceri Onraet, Eloise Shaw and Kiera Greenslade will provide support to senior staff while training at the legal industry disruptor firm.
The hiring is part of the long-term investment in the team at Hybrid, for its business model of providing a creative alternative to traditional law firms.

Meanwhile, Ellie Shaw graduated in LLB Law from Bournemouth University in 2022. She gained experience in conveyancing, family and private client law throughout her placement year. She is planning on qualifying by taking the Solicitors Qualifying Exam and particularly enjoys intellectual property and commercial law.
Before joining Hybrid, Kiera Greenslade gained significant experience during her three years as a paralegal at the Crown Prosecution Service. Kiera was responsible for managing a diverse caseload, ensuring the timely delivery of outcomes to support successful case prosecution. Kiera is currently working towards completing her LLB Law and particularly enjoys the areas of contract and business law.
Hybrid founder Ryan Lisk said: “We have enjoyed good, solid growth. There is definitely demand for our cost-effective subscription service and, as a result, we have committed to taking on these three new members of staff.

“They give vital support to our busy client partners managing our subscription clients, which gives them a good variety of work through the diverse range of major businesses and SMEs which we support.
“We are investing a significant amount in their training, which is now starting to pay dividends in the level of support they can give to the team.
“They are all keen to make an impact in the legal industry and want to do that with Hybrid, a different type of law firm, building their careers with us as we grow.
“It is an excellent opportunity for them to go on and develop and train as solicitors and legal executives as part of their career trajectory with us – eventually becoming client partners themselves so they can manage their own portfolio of clients.”
