TWO people have been reported for fishing in the River Itchen without a licence.
The pair were stopped by police in Shawford, Winchester, on Monday, April 17.

They were found to have no rod licence and were fishing out of season.
Their fishing rods were seized, and the pair have been reported.
Hampshire Rural Police tweeted: “Two people stopped in Shawford, Winchester caught on the River Itchen with no rod licence and fishing out of season. Reported for offences and fishing rods seized. Teamwork with the Environment Agency.”
