At least 20 travellers' caravans have pitched up on a private car park in Winchester.
The caravans and a selection of work vans are parked on the Hampshire County Council staff car park next to the Household Recycling Centre in Bar End.

Several work vans have been seen coming and going from the site, beeping horns and playing loud music.
Hampshire County Council has been contacted for a comment.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said: "Officers have attended the site to assess the situation.
"We are working with the landowners to seek a suitable resolution."
