TEN Hampshire residents received National Honours, including an MBE and British Empire Medals.
On March 20, at Serle's House in Winchester, HM Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire, Nigel Atkinson Esq, was delighted to present awards to the following Hampshire residents.
