A WINCHESTER man has been fined for failing to help police over a motoring offence.
Jamie Baker, 29, of Sparkford Close, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required, a court was told.

The case was proved under the single justice procedure at Weymouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday, February 28.
Magistrates in Weymouth fined Baker £660, with a surcharge of £66 and costs of £90. Six penalty points were added to his licence.
The fine must be paid by Tuesday, March 14.
