A PAIR of freehold sites with planning permission near Romsey are being auctioned this month.
This first, which has planning permission for a detached house, has a guide price of £100,000-plus.
The 0.16-acre plot, adjacent to 1 Brownhill Road, North Baddesley, near All Saints Church, is among 139 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, regional land and property auctioneers.

Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser with Clive Emson Auctioneers, said: “We anticipate keen interest - the site has consent for the construction of a four-bedroom detached house, with gardens to the front, side and rear and off-road parking.”
Also being actioned off is a 0.09-acre site adjacent to 1 Bridge Cottages, Foxes Lane, West Wellow, which has planning permission for a three-bedroom detached house with off-road parking. It is guided freehold at £150,000-plus.
Clive Emson Auctioneers’ March auction, the second of eight this year, ends on Wednesday, March 22, with bidding opening 48 hours beforehand.
