Hampshire's most expensive property for sale on Zoopla

If you were looking at what the most expensive one is in Hampshire then you would find a property in Ringwood with a staggering valuation of £7.75 million.

It contains 12 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms among other features in its almost 12,000 square feet of living space.

On its Zoopla page, it states: "Recognised as one of the foremost properties in the New Forest, Castletop House is a fine Late Victorian country house with a total living area of about 12,000 sq/ft, set in grounds of 6.5 acres with the possibility to purchase a further 4+ acres of adjoining ancient woodlands, rare rhododendrons and specimen trees."

The house is described as having been "lovingly restored" by its current owners to more modern standards but a number of period features remain.

An oak front door leads through to the entrance hall which gives access to the sitting room, dining room, atrium and drawing room which are all of remarkable size.

Alongside that, there is a large kitchen which possesses dining and family seating areas, an aga, a pantry, a utility room and French doors onto the formal lawns.

A secondary kitchen is located at the other end of the house of the family sitting room for convenience.

Of the 11 bedrooms in the house, five have an en-suite bathroom, with the master bedroom being located at the top of the main staircase behind double mahogany doors.
