The planning officers have turned down a Lawful Development Certificate for Mike Morton to carry out a loft conversion with the addition of three rooflights and the erection of a dormer at 17 Woodgreen Road, Harestock.
The following have been approved: in Badger Farm Grace Bushby's proposal for a rear conservatory at 29 Harvest Close.
In Bishop's Waltham, Mr K. Taylor's use of land as residential garden curtilage at Mimosa Cottage, Wintershill, Durley.
A Lawful Development Certificate has been permitted for Mr and Mrs Evans to have a two-storey and single storey rear extension at 9 Skintle Green, Colden Common. Also in Colden Common, Mr and Mrs J Zubaidi can carry out a loft conversion over garage with front dormer and rear Velux windows at Serendipity, 30 Church Lane.
In Compton And Shawford Ward Richard Rowe has the go-ahead to build an annex to main building for disabled accommodation at Hurdles, Otterbourne Road.
Mr and Mrs Deal are allowed to add a single storey boot room with porch canopy to The Dower House, Peach Hill Lane, Crawley.
In Littleton Phil Szakowski has permission for a single storey rear extension at 10 Pitter Close.
Approval has been granted for Mr and Mrs L Byng to build a single storey conservatory at Halcyon House, 19 Andover Road North.
Mr and Mrs Feltham-King can construct a rear extension under permitted development rights at 8 Rozelle Close, Littleton.
In Micheldever Tessa Robertson and Adrian Dixon can carry out various alterations and extensions to Warren House, Andover Road.
Near Alresford, the officers have passed a plan by Mark Birrell for a replacement conservatory and garage at Chapel Cottage, Basingstoke Road, Totford.
Steve Roberts is permitted to demolish and relocate a double garage with connecting one and a half storey link to rear of property and replace roof tiles, windows and doors at Skirr, Poles Lane, Otterbourne.
Also approved in Sparsholt is Lee Wrey Brown's application for a ground floor extension and Velux windows in roof (amended description) at 1 Woodman Close.
Near Swanmore Matthew Grove can construct a garage with accommodation above Lasek, Bishop's Wood Road, Mislingford.
Rachael Brealey has permission for a rear extension and new roof with bedrooms at Sunnybank, Vicarage Lane, Swanmore.
In Winchester Mr and Mrs Lister have approval to convert a loft with rear facing dormer, Velux to front and the insertion of windows at first and second floor to east elevation (amended plans at Prospect House, 15 Magdalen Hill.
Mr and Mrs Richard Wormald can have a replacement single storey extension at 49 Canon Street.
Christina Macleod has the go-ahead for a single storey rear extension, first floor side extension with balcony above, an open porch, new raised patio area with staircases down to amenity space at 124 Teg Down Meads.
