WINCHESTER city council planners have rejected two applications this week and one other has been withdrawn.
Using their delegated powers, the officers turned down Rhonda Comben Bennett's proposal for retrospective extension of existing stables building to provide additional facilities comprising kitchen/restroom (tea-making facilities), bathroom (wash down facilities), and office at Rhobull Stables, Lower Crabbick Lane, Denmead.
Also rejected in Durley was Tina Dance's plan for a rural worker's dwelling and removal of existing mobile home at Little Oakdale, Durley Hall Lane.
In Bishop's Waltham Suneet Jain has assent for alterations to external elevations (windows) at Greenbank on Coppice Hill.
Debbie Caister has approval for a garden annexe for ancillary accommodation at 2 Woodland Cottages, The Plantation, Curdridge.
Mr and Mrs Gurd have permission for a two-storey front extension, dormer and loft conversion over garage, new porch, new garden room at Burhlea, Sherecroft Gardens, near Botley. But a related application under listed building regulations has been withdrawn.
Mr P Williams has been granted a lawful development certificate for the retention of partial business storage use (Class B8) of stable building and hardstanding area at Willow Tree Stables, Forest Road, Denmead.
Ms A Restell has permission for a garage conversion with single storey side/front extension for storage and home office at Alexander House, 16 Ashling Gardens, Denmead.
In Hursley David Jowsey has the go-ahead for a first floor rear extension, front ground floor extension, garage conversion to habitable space at 8 Heathcote Place.
In Woodmancott, near Micheldever, Emily Bray has permission for a kitchen extension and conservatory to match the existing house at Woodmancott House, Rownest Wood Lane.
Three schemes have been approved in Alresford: Zoe Slattery's single storey rear extension to create workshop at Amara, 11 Rosebery Road; Tommy Sawyer and a ground and first floor extension at 24 Sun Hill Crescent; and A Hayman with a single storey rear extension, replacement front porch at 62 Nursery Road.
Asim Kayani has permission for a reserved matters application for a substation located within Berewood Phase 3b, Houghton Avenue, West of Waterlooville.
In Otterbourne Mr & Mrs Fairbairn have assent for an oak-framed porch, front facing dormer and fenestration alterations at Deansleigh, 81 Cranbourne Drive.
In Waltham Chase, Amanda Carrington was granted permission for a rear external door to ground floor maisonette at 7 Beech Close.
Mr and Mrs Hughes can drop a kerb at 1 Ashburton Villas, Lower Chase Road.
In Winchester Mr A Knibb can demolish Elbury in Dell Road, Highcliffe and build two pairs of semi-detached dwellings with two accessed from Petersfield Road and two from the existing access on Dell Road.
Mr and Mrs Curling have permission for internal alterations at 7 Peninsula Square.
In Weeke, Mr and Mrs Stevenson can build a side extension following demolition of existing linked garage at 10 Stockers Avenue.
