OFFICERS stopped a driver for speeding in Romsey, after he overtook their police car.
Romsey police reported the event, on Alma Road, and cautioned the driver immediately.
In a Twitter post, Romsey Police said: “PC Batt and PCSO Hill were overtaken on a busy Alma Road in what were dangerous circumstances.
“The driver was pulled over, cautioned, interviewed and reported for the offence of dangerous driving on the spot, swift justice from PC Batt indeed.”
