A MAN wearing a skirt and tights sexually assaulted a teenage boy in Bishop's Waltham.
Police say that, at around 2.45pm on Friday, December 9, a teenage boy was walking alone along Winchester Road by a pond, when he was approached by an unknown man.
The man reached out and grabbed at the boy’s chest area, before appearing to walk away from the scene, turning back to lift up his items of clothing to indecently expose himself to the teenage boy, before fleeing the scene once again.
The man is described as being white, in his 50s, short, of a skinny build, and was seen wearing a farmer-style hat, a red coat, a skirt and tights.
The police have conducted initial enquiries in the area, and are now turning to the public for assistance in finding the man, asking anyone who might have seen the incident to come forwards.
Anyone who has information regarding the incident is asked to call 101, quoting reference 44220501102.
