Arundel Sunrise by John Allen was the image chosen by the judge, Jon Mitchell, as the winner of the print category at Viewfinders of Romsey Camera Club’s annual Landscape Trophies evening.
Jon loved the image’s light, the classic morning mist and colour.
Keith Rose took second and third places with Peggys Cove Light and Lake Wanaka. Seals of Merit were awarded to Stephen Cooper, Peter Finch and Louise Sampson.
Andy Louch’s Take Me to the River took gold in the projected image category. Jon said that he liked the 'beautiful' colours but chose it as the winner for its shear drama.

Brian Whittaker won silver with Capadoccia Under the Stars and Pete Robertson took bronze with Holwell Tor with Sun Dog. Pete was also awarded a Seal of Merit; further Seals were awarded to Julie Cousens, Jean Dalton and Keith Rose.
Viewfinders meets most Tuesdays at the Jubilee Hall, New Road, Timsbury.
