A CHARITY that supports people with stress and anxiety in the workplace has released its new Christmas card design.
The card has been designed by artist Daphne Vaughan to raise funds for the charity Know Thyself.
The charity was founded in memory of Daphne's son, Tom, whose death three years ago was triggered by stress and anxiety in the workplace.
The charity helps and supports people at a time when they are developing their careers and are suffering from mental health problems.
Daphne said: “We are very excited to be able to launch our Christmas card this year. Soon we will be going into Kings' School to help with their mental health program.”
