TWO railings on a busy Winchester street have been knocked down, leaving debris on the pavement.
The metal railings on St. George's Street were found on the floor on Tuesday, November 15, along with pieces of plastic from a vehicle.

The railings were located yards away from the original spot, which could indicate they were hit with force by a vehicle.
It is not known what sort of vehicle collided with the railings.
Hampshire County Council has been contacted for a comment, while Hampshire Constabulary said the incident has not been reported to them.
