A ROMSEY tearoom has celebrated its 18th birthday.
That Little Teashop, in The Hundred, first opened on November 7 2004.
It's a family-run business and its bottomless teapot has remained at £1 since it opened.
Owner Jackie Clemo said: “We opened with a team of three which has grown to ten of us now. Our two daughters run the teashop on a daily basis. My husband who is retired works one day a week, our son who has a full time job helps us cover any gaps at the weekend. Our granddaughter Jessica who is 16 and younger than the teashop makes up the third generation. The rest of the team are family friends.

“We are blessed to have such a large regular customer base, many who have been coming since we opened.
“On opening I introduced the bottomless teapot for £1 and said I would never change it. I am proud it is still £1 after 18 years. I believe it's almost impossible to find anything that hasn't increased in price in 18 years.”
