TEMPORARY traffic lights on a motorway sliproad have been causing delays this morning.
The lights were put up yesterday at Hockley Link, just off junction 11 of the M3, due to part of the road being flooded.
Queues of traffic were backing up along the motorway this morning.
On Twitter, Hampshire County Council said: "Two-way traffic lights have been set up for the safety of road users, but could cause rush hour delays. Please leave extra time for your journey. Hampshire Highways has been dealing with multiple flooding incidents across Hampshire due to the heavy rain."
