A Greek restaurant coming to Winchester has confirmed an official opening date.
Yiayias Greek and Cypriot kitchen announced a soft opening on Wednesday, November 16, making it the first eatery of its kind in the city.
Yiayias is set to bring 10 jobs to Winchester and will serve traditional food and beer.

Owner Paul Pyrgoudes said: "We are honoured to be part of the Winchester community."
Earlier this year, in March, Paul bought the premises on St George's Street from Tom Romita who had been running it as the popular Tom's Deli.
Tom's Deli has been running for more than 30 years and early last year the business went on the market when owner Mr Romita said he was looking to retire.
