A fare dodger from Micheldever Station has been fined hundreds of pounds for boarding a train without a valid ticket.
George Haworth, of Brunel Close, was caught travelling on February 25.
Barkingside magistrates fined him £220. The 53-year-old was further made to pay £160 in costs, compensation of £32.70, and a £34 surcharge.
The full balance of £446.70 is due by November 11.
The case was proved via the single justice procedure on October 14. Haworth wasn't required to attend court.
