A WINCHESTER man has been convicted of harassing a woman with a series of unwanted emails.
Sean Blakely, 35, of Elder Close, Badger Farm, admitted the charge of harassment without violence.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court on October 10 heard that he had sent emails on February 13, 14, and 15.
The magistrates imposed a community order with the rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 10 days, £40 costs and a £95 victim surcharge to be paid by November 7.
A restraining order was imposed banning Blakely from contacting the woman or going to an address in Fair Oak to run until October 9, 2024.
