Greyhound on the Test, a 16th century pub in Stockbridge, is hosting an upcoming wild food experience on October 12.
They are teaming up with John Resten of ‘Forage London & Beyond’ for an afternoon of mushroom foraging.
John, who operates a range of courses, events and walks across London, will take attendees on a wild walk in the New Forest collecting edible wild mushrooms, learning to safely identify edible and poisonous species, and teaching guests on how these organisms protect, regulate and manage the forest eco system.
