ALTHOUGH Christmas is still months away, Christmas fans will be able to listen to a new festive radio station all day every day.
A Christmas radio station is launching on DAB in Winchester and online from October 1. Christmas Radio will be on air for three months in the run up to Christmas on the new Winchester DAB multiplex.
Presented by Santa himself the station will be home to all the festive favourites to get listeners in the festive spirit.

Station owner, Gary Milchard, said: “The country needs an uplift after the sad and challenging times we’ve all faced over this past year or so, which is why we are pleased to launch Christmas Radio to bring the festive cheer to Winchester and across the UK.
“We will be playing all those festive favourites, 24-hours a day, to get everyone into the festive spirit as we head towards the ‘Most Wonderful Time of the Year’.”
Listeners can access Christmas Radio from October 1 to December 31 in Winchester and surrounding areas via DAB and across the UK online at christmasradio.uk, or ask Alexa to “Play Christmas Radio.”
