A PRIVATE school in Hampshire has scrapped its holiday camp provider after it was shut down by Ofsted for a series of incidents that saw children crack teeth and break bones.
Ofsted temporarily closed a Fit For Sport summer camp at Boundary Oak School, Fareham, last month.
An inspection found that youngsters were not being adequately supervised and took place after one child damaged a tooth.
Another sustained a fractured wrist and a third youngster was taken to A&E, also with a fracture.

It found there were only two teachers and three activity leaders looking after 52 children.
This meant children were put at risk.
The Ofsted report, which has now been published, said: "Sometimes, children were observed not being directly supervised by staff for short periods of time. This puts children at potential risk of harm."
The sessions at Boundary Oak were run by Fit For Sport from Monday to Friday, an external childcare organisation registered with Ofsted that only rents space at the school, and is not connected to it in any other way.
But now, Boundary Oak School has announced it is scrapping the sessions.
In an email sent to parents, Boundary Oak COO Craig Jones said: "After discussions with our leadership team, Ofsted, the school, parents and our team onsite – Fit For Sport will no longer operate the holiday camp at Boundary Oak School.
"Having actioned several robust measures and worked with the relevant parties to facilitate an approved reopening by Ofsted for October Half Term – both the school and Fit For Sport have decided to take the camp operations in a different direction.
"We will be supporting Boundary Oak with any requirements from here to enable a smooth transition ahead of October Half Term.
"Please keep an eye out on the school website for further updates regarding the camp provision ahead of future holidays."
In a previous statement, Fit For Sport said children's safety was its number one priority.
It added: "We are highly disappointed with the inspection result at Boundary Oak and are working with the relevant parties to put immediate action plans in place.
"Having successfully operated at over 80 venues this summer we are saddened that our families at Boundary Oak have had to make alternative arrangements.
"We have been proactive in our work with the families via a virtual Parent Open Forum.
"Communications with our partners at Boundary Oak and Ofsted have resulted in the immediate activation of our robust action plans to ensure this is an isolated incident."
