A Winchester man has been ordered to attend a drug rehabilitation programme after stealing various items including meat and biscuits from Tesco.
Kalib James Stewart Lake, 26, of Hyde Gate, pleaded guilty to pinching items from the High Street store.
He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, September 13.
By committing the offence, he was also in breach of a conditional discharge which was made on February 3 this year.

Lake was caught with quantities of crack cocaine and heroin the day before at Winchester train station.
The bench imposed a rehabilitation requirement which will see Lake receive treatment for his drug dependancy over the next year.
He was further ordered to pay £100 in compensation for the thefts which is due by October 11.
