A WINCHESTER man has been heavily fined for driving with no insurance.
Babtunde Kayode Oluwaseum, 41, of Thurmond Road, Stanmore, was stopped by police on Lordship Lane in south-east London on February 2 this year, a court was told.
Bromley Magistrates Court, sitting on Thursday August 25, heard that Oluwaseum was driving a 53-reg Citroen.
The case was proved under the single justice procedure.
Oluwaseum was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £100 prsecution costs. Six penalty points have been added to his licence.
