EARLIER this week Belgarum published a photograph of what could be the longest-lasting puddle in Winchester.
The puddle rarely disappears from its spot by the bus stop on St George's Street.
This prompted some debate from people who instantly recognised it, and have hopefully managed to avoid stepping into it.
However, following some rather heavy downpours, this will be harder to do as the puddle has grown in size.
Now we have established the longest-lasting puddle, Belgarum began to muse about the location of Winchester's largest puddle.
Belgarum was most impressed by the puddle that amassed near the Park and Ride bus stop in Barfield Close on Wednesday, September 7.

People sheltering at the bus stop may soon have to bring their waterproof trousers with them to avoid any splashback from the bus if the wet weather continues.
Could this be Winchester's largest puddle? Or do you know of a bigger one?
