GP patients across Winchester and Romsey have given their opinions about the quality of the services they receive.
The GP Patient Survey gives people the opportunity to rate their local GP surgery in areas such as: overall experience, ease to get through on the phone, experience when making an appointment, usually seeing their preferred GP and percentage of remote appointments.
The highest percentage for the overall experience was shared between St Paul's Surgery, Wickham Surgery and Twyford Surgery, with 89 per cent.
In 2021, St Paul's was rated at 91 per cent, which is a decrease of just two per cent. Wickham has gone down from 95 per cent.

On the other end of the scale, Abbeywell Surgery, in Romsey, had the lowest rating of 62 per cent. As well as this, it had a rating of just 12 per cent for ease to get through on the phone.
