A LOCKERLEY man has been fined for failing to help police over a motoring offence.
Craig Howe, 36, admitted failing to give information about a motoring offence involving a 64-reg Renault Clio at Ottery St Mary, Devon.
Bodmin Magistrates Court on Monday July 4 heard that an allegation of speeding against Howe at Ottery St Mary on November 21 last year had been withdrawn by prosecutors.
Howe was fined £660 with a £66 victim surcharge and £90 costs. Six penalty points were added to his licence.
