Police conducting late night patrols in Winchester have arrested two suspects - including a wanted man.
Officers from the city's High Harm Team recognised a male in the Hyde area who was wanted for failing to appear in court for an incident of assault and driving while unfit in May.

He was arrested and transported to custody so he could appear before the courts.
Later in the evening, a second male was stopped after he was seen acting suspiciously in Lawrence Way. The male was searched and arrested after being found in possession of a quantity of drugs.
Police then conducted a further search at his address, discovering cannabis and a quantity of suspected Class A drugs. The investigation is still ongoing.
