A BISHOP’s Waltham man has been fined for careless driving.
Donald Keith, 59, of Battery Hill, drove a Peugeot Boxer on Burgate Close in Havant on August 28 last year, a court heard.

Keith admitted the charge of driving without due care and attention. No further details were given on the court record.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed nine penalty points on his driving licence as well as a £120 fine, £45 costs and a £34 victim surcharge. The penalties must be paid by July 12.
