TEN giant colourful hares were seen being transported into Winchester today.
Thirty hare sculptures will be installed around Winchester and Southampton as part of the Hares of Hampshire trail that launches on Thursday, June 16.
The public art exhibition will be free to view for 10 weeks until Thursday, August 25.
Each figure has been individually designed by a different artist, many from Hampshire and they are also sponsored by a business.

Each hare will then be auctioned off in a final farewell event in September, where all proceeds will go towards The Murray Parish Trust.
The charity aims to support ill children across the south with emergency treatment and care.
A spokesperson from the charity recently confirmed that the mysterious fenced off plinths by the Westgate and the Buttercross are in place for the public art display.
