A MAN has been cautioned after he was caught spaying graffiti before running from police.
Winchester High Harm team said they caught a 32-year-old male from Winchester spraying the tags - including the words 'Make common sense cool again' - on walls in Andover Road and Tower Road in Winchester on Thursday, May 19.
The man then ran from police before being apprehended shortly after and admitting to spraying the graffiti.

Winchester police said on their Facebook page: "A conditional caution is in the process of being administered with a condition that compensation is paid to the owners for the damage caused.
"Please report any local crime to orlo.uk/nnAzw. Alternatively, phone Hampshire Constabulary on 101 or via #crimestoppers."
