A PIZZA restaurant is expanding and plans to open its fourth restaurant - after its restaurants in Winchester and Fareham have proved popular.
Three Joes Neapolitan Sourdough Pizza, which serves pizzas out of a wood-fired oven, has been given permission to open in Lincoln’s Cornhill Quarter
The application, approved by City of Lincoln Council, includes the installation of a kitchen, bar and a pizza oven flue.
The application submitted by Three Joes says: “The application proposals will provide a new facility in the city centre adding to the attractiveness of the city centre offer.”

This will be the fourth branch for the growing sourdough pizza-maker after it opened restaurants in Meadowhall in Sheffield, Fareham and Winchester.
The business started in 2017 and was founded by three hospitality veterans Peter Bruton, Emma Blackmore and Tim Hall.
Peter was formerly operations director at Byron, Emma has experience at Pizza Express, Zizzi and Ask, while Tim founded Pod.
The name of the business comes from the fact three people set it up and the food is made for the ‘average Joe’.
The company boasts it is the top pizza restaurant on TripAdvisor in Hampshire.
