The three-storey town house has been empty for years and it is now being auctioned with a guide price of £350,000-plus.
The end-terrace freehold property at 16 Tower Street is among 121 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers in the firm’s June auction.
Rob Marchant, Hampshire auctioneer, said: “We anticipate keen interest, given the location and potential. Furthermore, there is conditional planning permission for conversion into flats – one with one bedroom and the other with two.
