ROMSEY & District Chamber of Commerce has this week elected a new executive committee.
The committee was selected during the annual general meeting of the chamber on Monday evening (May 16).
Leading the team for the coming year is Julian Gee, who was formerly vice president for the past two years. Mr Gee - a marketing consultant - has been a member of the Executive since 2015.
Replacing him as vice President will be Adam Clemett, who, along with his wife Debbie, runs Kit and Caboodle in the town centre.
Speaking after his election, Mr Gee said: "I am very proud to take up the position and look forward to using my professional skills to raise awareness of the Chamber and to ensure it continues to be an integral part of the town and surrounding area."
The other members elected to the Executive were:
- Treasurer - Paul Tilley of Azets
- Philip Liddell of Ace Liftaway Ltd
- Mary Greggains of Made M
- Sarbjit Nagra of Footner & Ewing
- Susie James of Curly Marketing
- Peter Robertson of DEOS Group
