WINCHESTER police have charged a man with seven offences after he was seen acting suspiciously near the bike store at the city's leisure centre.
Marcin Balzer, 33, of Cawte Road, Freemantle, Southampton, was seen acting suspiciously at the Sport and Leisure Centre at Bar End at around 8.55pm on Wednesday, April 27.
Balzer was charged with: going equipped for theft, possession of Class A drugs, possession of Class B drugs, driving without a licence, fraudulent use of registration plates, no MOT and no insurance.
He was remanded to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court today, Friday, April 29.

The police have taken reports of 20 thefts from the store since the start of March.
