A 45-year-old man has been arrested following a three vehicle crash which left one driver injured.
Police closed one lane of the A303 westbound near Upper Bullington shortly after 6.30pm on Thursday after a collision involving a grey BMW, a white Renault heavy tractor unit and white Renault.
One of the drivers involved in the collision suffered minor injuries and the lane was closed for approximately two hours while emergency services responded to the incident.
Officers have since confirmed a man from Andover has been arrested on suspicion of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and remains under investigation.
Hampshire Police are now looking for witnesses to help them with their enquiries.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Officers have been carrying out enquiries and we are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
