Order for compensation
WINCHESTER man Sam Irving must pay compensation after damaging windows.
Sam Irving, 36, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, was ordered to pay £150 to Two Saints housing association for damage committed on February 18.
Irving pleaded guilty when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
There was no order for costs or a victim surcharge because of priority for the compensation. The money will be deducted from his benefits.
