An arrest warrant has been issued for a Totton man who failed to attend a court appearance.
Luke James, 29, of Hayward Close, was due to appear at West Hampshire Magistrates Court on Monday, March 28 to face two charges of possessing a knife in a public place and possessing a Class C drug.
When he did not attend the trial magistrates ordered a warrant for his arrest without bail.
In his absence, the court found James guilty of having a knife while in Winchester on May 15 last year - a charge he previously pleaded not guilty too.
However, the second charge of possessing sertraline, an antidepressant and Class C drug, was dismissed as no evidence was offered.
