A PUB in a Hampshire village has been given top marks for its hygiene.
The Boot Inn, a pub in Church Lane, Houghton, Stockbridge, was given the maximum five out of five score after assessment by the Food Standard's Agency.
Inspectors visited the premises on March 31.

This latest rating means that of Test Valley's 110 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 88 (80 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
The pub's website says it is 'a beautiful country pub in Houghton, a quiet, picturesque village in the heart of Hampshire’s spectacular Test Valley.'
