A WINCHESTER man must do unpaid work after breaching a court by contacting a woman.
Paul Farrow, 51, of Mountbatten Court, Andover Road, Weeke, admitted two counts of breaking a non-molestation order on October 3 and October 13 last year by contacting the woman when barred by an order at Worthing Family Court on March 9 2021.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order, ordering Farrow to do 120 hours unpaid work with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 15 days. He was also told to pay £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £95.
The court also imposed a new restraining order to prevent any contact.
