Police are hunting a wanted man believed to have recently been in Winchester.
Officers are searching for Scott Hansen in connection with an offence of fraud, while he has also been recalled to prison.
The 37-year-old is originally from the Hartlepool area, but is thought to have recently visited the city.
A spokesperson for Winchester Police said: "We are sharing this appeal on behalf of our colleagues at Durham Constabulary to help find wanted man Scott Hansen. Officers want to speak to the 37-year-old in connection with an offence of fraud whilst he has also been recalled to prison.
"He is thought to have recently been in the Winchester area. If you have any information about his whereabouts please call Hampshire Constabulary on 101 quoting incident 0397 of today's date (February 15)."
