Whilst a regular feature in the American property industry, home staging is still in its infancy in the UK. However, trail blazer Little Barn Door has bought the services into UK homes giving homeowners the support and expertise that they need to prepare their property to go on the market or relaunch.
Little Barn Door clients have seen property sales, with 80 per cent of client homes going under offer in less than four weeks.
Natalie Evans, founding director, said: “Home staging is a powerful tool for homeowners to boost the appeal and sellability of their home. A recent Winchester client, who had been sat on the market offerless for nine months went on to secure their dream offer in less than 48 hours after staging.
