A SUTTON Scotney man was caught growing cannabis plants, a court heard.
Matthew Schofield, 35, of Cobbles Close, was found with 26 plants by the police.
Schofield admitted supplying cannabis and the cultivation of cannabis, both on April 28 last year.
Magistrates in Basingstoke ordered he do 120 hours of community service in the next 12 months and pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
The court also ordered the plants and growing equipment be forfeited and destroyed.
It was unclear from the court record how Schofiueld was caught.
