A DISABLED man was left to eat outside in the rain after restaurant staff allegedly failed to offer him an indoor seat.
Michael Grimmett tweeted Prezzo after a visit to their Romsey restaurant, asking how he would make a complaint to the nationally-known Italian chain.
He attached a video of himself sat in the torrential weather under a parasol and claims his food arrived wet with rain water.
In the tweet, Michael said: “Hey, @love_prezzo, how does one make a complaint about the lack of ramp access at your Romsey restaurant.
"I mean you do have a ramp, but it doesn’t fit the doorway, your management were so so rude, forcing me to eat outside in the rain. A unique experience."

Prezzo have responded to the tweet which now has almost 9,000 likes and almost 3,000 re-tweets.
A spokeswoman for the company said: “"We were truly dismayed to see the video which Michael Grimmett has posted on social media.
“We apologise fully and unreservedly to Mr Grimmett for the distress and embarrassment we’ve caused.
“We are carrying out an immediate investigation as to why and how this happened as an urgent priority. An engineer is visiting the restaurant as soon as is humanly possible to double-check the ramp to make sure it’s secure and safe. We are also looking at how we can make the building more accessible, given its listed status.
“Our aim is that every customer leaves us wanting to come back. Clearly, we’ve fallen way short on this occasion. Not our finest hour.”
